LINDA RAY - Foods Advisor
Linda Ray, is the ideal person to act as Foods Advisor for Melrose Way. Teaching the principles of natural foods has become her passion. Since going ‘natural’ she is healthier, happier, and has more energy. She want to share her passion with the world.
In 2000 Linda attended what she thought was a health tune-up at the Optimum Health Institute in Lemon Grove, California. By the end of the first week, she was hooked. She joined the staff and stayed for a year. Since then Linda has attended the Tree of Life Institute in Arizona, The Creative Health Institute in Michigan, and studied under gourmet raw foods Chef Cherie Soria at the Living Light Culinary Arts Institute. Linda Ray created a program of 26 natural foods sessions, Food for Health, in Ohio. She bring two decades of teaching experience, eleven years as a school teacher, followed by eight years teaching in industry.
When she saw the Melrose Way program she realized that in addition to the proper natural foods orientation it has the necessary elements to help a person change their belief system, habits and meditation so necessary for success. Linda says she is proud to be a part of the Melrose Way.
