Raw Food Menus
We create delicious, healthful and beautiful raw food meals. Our food is organic, fresh and prepared without cooking. Sometimes we lightly heat our food to 118 degrees or less. The philosophy behind raw food preparation is not to cook foods because excessive heating destroys the valuable and healthful enzymes and vitamins that are intrinsically part of the food.
