Your week at Melrose Way is a healthful alternative to an ordinary vacation. Foods Coordinator, Linda Ray, will give daily workshops in raw food preparation. There is also the moving meditation, T’ai Chi Chih and Biology of Belief, a highly valuable course.

“One of the best weeks we have ever spent together. My husband and I were thrilled to experience such an upgrade to life and health. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is loving and very supportive. This program is excellent for personal transformation.”

It was the best week of our lives. The raw food is delicious and so artfully prepared. We learned so much in such a short time. Now our lives have changed, we have both lost wieight and are much happier..

The workshops were incredibly informative. I loved the T’ai Chi Chih offered by Pam Towne. I now do my moving meditation every day and have adoped a raw food regimen that keeps me healthy.
